Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure. Don't share accounts.
Acceptable use
No illegal content, spam, scraping at scale, harassment, IP infringement, or attempts to disrupt the service.
AI outputs
You own the content you generate. You're responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing. AI can make mistakes.
Subscriptions & credits
Plans renew automatically until canceled. Credits expire per plan terms. Refunds are handled case by case.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can cancel anytime from Settings.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
