How we use it
To run the platform, generate AI outputs personalized to your brand, improve features, and provide support.
AI processing
Prompts and brand context are sent to vetted AI providers via our gateway. Outputs belong to you.
Storage & security
Data is stored in encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure with row-level security so only you can access your brand data.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Contact privacy@cybr8.ai for requests.
Compliance
We align with GDPR and CCPA principles: lawful basis, minimization, transparency, and the right to erasure.
